Wepeps is a team of French-speaking virtual assistants based in Antananarivo, Madagascar, since 2012. We work with owners of small businesses in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec: web and digital agencies, training organizations, SaaS companies and online stores.
We offer three services:
· Lead generation and appointment setting: we reach out to your prospects and book qualified meetings in your calendar. You run the call and close the deal.
· Customer service: email, chat and phone support, order tracking, returns and complaints, in French and English.
· Operations support: project coordination, client follow-ups, invoicing, dashboards and back-office work.
We run a managed service. Your assistant is dedicated to your business, trained on your tools and supervised every day. If she is absent, we replace her. You pay a fixed price and have no one to manage.
Onboarding takes seven days: a discovery call, scoping, training of your assistant, then launch.
