We are a Shopify website development agency and partnered with WellDigital website development agency to improve our website and get more traffic from Google. 
Their initial task was to determine why our site was losing rankings despite the fact that the number of links to our agency's site was constantly growing. WellDigital specialists did a seo-audit and then proposed us a strategy. This strategy was divided into two main stages. The first stage was to improve the Technical SEO of our site, and the second stagewas to promote the site. 
It was not usual that until we implemented Technical SEO we would not pay for the second stage. We did the implementation for almost 3 months and all this time WellDigital accompanied us for the cost of a one-time payment. We noticed an improvement in indexing and a decrease in Search Console errors, which WellDigital employees also helped to track. We are already satisfied with the result of the work and will continue to cooperate with them on seo-promotion.

Our site in 2023 was losing positions and traffic. This prompted us to look for another company for SEO-promotion. Our friends recommended WellDigital agency, which specializes in promoting online stores similar to ours and had encountered problems like ours. We talked to a WellDigital specialist, and he suggested that we first correct technical errors and only then do SEO-promotion. We paid once and 2–3 months of optimization without additional fees. Only after all the technical corrections, we started SEO-promotion of our website. For the first half a year, the results from seo in transitions to the site increased 1.5-2 times. Now we are working on the growth and retention of the positions taken.

Google was showing a lot of errors in Search Console and it also showed that the number of hits and clicks on the site were decreasing. We needed seo-specialists and cope with the errors in Search Console and improved the visibility of the site. It was also important that the company was in touch and explained how to fix, what to do, why it is done. We wanted to understand how Tech SEO was happening for our site. We asked them to do the same tasks for our second company's website. WellDigital suggested to start with SEO-audit, and after its realization to proceed to TechSeo and how to increase recognition for the growth of external SEO to do content marketing on third-party sites. This led not only to the improvement of the site but also increased the link mass (especially for the second site). Now we continue to improve our site together with WellDigital and we are thinking how to start outreach links for the site with minimal investment in them.

This agency helped us with the separation of language versions on different subdomains. Advised our other contractors on the site, even when there was a team change and the original contract deadline expired and hours were used up. The WellDigital agency prepared a series of ToRs for TechSeo with detailed descriptions of each item, tested and consulted during their implementation phase. After that we decided to do content marketing with them as well.

The errors in Google Search Console are gone, 100% of the promoted pages got indexed (previously more than 30% did not want to be indexed by Google), we figured out how to promote language copies of the site on different domains and launched content marketing.

The primary problem we had was that Google wasn't seeing page content and wasn't finding all the pages on the site. In general, the site was indexing incorrectly, and not many pages were being found. We wanted the agency to improve the site's indexing. After that, the tasks were to improve the site's visibility and help us with content marketing.

WellDigital suggested that we start with Tech SEO and, after its implementation, start content marketing, link building, and promotion of specific keywords. As a result of Tech SEO we had to significantly rework the site's layout and partially finalize the site's backend. We also implemented on-site optimization. 

All this helped to solve the problems with site indexing and the site pages started to get into the Google results quickly. Now, we are working together on content marketing, external SEO, and increasing organic traffic.
