We are a digital human resource company and I am the manager of the business.

We went to websmaniac for portal development service.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We basically worked in a traditional format in ahmedabad by telecalling candidates and that required a lot of work and less on outcomes. So out goal was to make it digital which can decrease a lot of efforts and speed up our work.

We wanted to create a portal which is easy to use and apply for jobs with very high details which the vendor delivered in a very perfect manner.

They had a project manager assigned who used to update me on whats going on and what is the best way to take it forward.

we received approx 300 to 500 resume per day and approx same number of call from candidates and companies for new hirings.
