During the early 1900’s around the Depression era, there was a little shop on the upper east side of Manhattan, NYC that specialized in importing olive oil and many other specialty foods from around the world. It had one goal in mind, and that was to bring to its customers the finest and best quality products they could find.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome was the amount of sales we got after using this logo. This logo is now our identity, and we are so proud that this is how we get to identify ourselves in this competitive market.

Their project management was amazing. We couldn't have succeeded in such a tough market without them.

What I find most unique in the design department? They were able to create designs for us of all sorts of themes.

We think The Website Mart could offer after-launch services to their clients as well.

My reason for hiring Clutch services is very clear from the beginning. I wanted the web app updated with a few changes that made it easy for the users and were short on time. Our company goals are very much predefined, and we wanted to reduce the complications on the website and change it into a hassle-free one.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Now coming to the most important part. Their deliverables are amazing with all those UI and UX preferences which I needed. It makes my websites work smoothly without any glitches.

One of their project managers was working with us and updating us about everything. Undoubtedly, the manager was very considerate of his clients and easily understood what we were expecting. Later, their senior developer and designer joined us to communicate on our projects directly

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Deliverables were excellent; they adhered to the established style while adding a touch of current style. Assigned staff member reviews completed tasks and reports satisfaction. Because of the rapid speed of the work, we were able to meet all of our commitments on time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

By this time, I knew my project was in safe hands because the project manager was always on time with current updates. Most of our meetings were conducted on Google Meet and Zoom. He carefully managed to listen to all our concerns and highlight the changes on a priority basis. The overall communication process was smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company's ability to adjust to each client's requirements was a major strength. We requested a quick turnaround time, so there was no need to spend time clarifying any issues, and all adjustments and meetings were kept to a minimum. In addition, the crew was friendly and had professional courtesy and etiquette.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was not provided with any technical information on the job, which appeared to be OK to me, with the final outcome being acceptable; nevertheless, this may be one aspect of the company that may be improved; while this may take some time, the customer would be pleased knowing the full depths of their development.

At the beginning of the project, we had the requirements, which were then translated into a PRD. To guarantee that we will always have a quick response time and no delays, the project is big and it entails constructing the correct structure for the databases as well as several web-based application components and the whole back-end of this application.

The selection process was carried out in stages, with the current network being used in the first stage. The first stage involved using the developer's current network of friends and followers who are also entrepreneurs. Referrals from reliable sources who have previously used the service provider are always a positive and an important deciding factor to take into account. In order to choose the best supplier from the list of suggested vendors, we had to screen them based on how well they understood the project, look through their offer, consider the timing, and schedule various interviews. The Website Mart is the final candidate out of those who were shortlisted.

They were successful in getting the results. The project is broken up into three main phases, and each one is actually a separate project. Phase 1 of our project is now complete, and the application is already operational and functioning where it is being used. Another significant reason we chose to move forward with them is that we have begun phase two of their installation. This decision was made based on our entire experience with them.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They offered quality resources, including a project manager, specialists in backend structure before the development team begins, a backend lead with their team, and a frontend lead with their team. Additionally, the Quality Assurance staff is present to guarantee that the final product will meet expectations.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were highly resourceful and constantly looked to their team for the best answer. Additionally, the fact that the backend lead was superb and had previous success interacting with hardware was incredibly beneficial. Since we had specific requirements and the team was working in a completely different environment,

I'd give this section a very high rating. They have consistently been responsive, with a transparent process and results. They always consider the feedback and give prompt responses. Instead of a service provider-to-client relationship, the relationship was more about them being a member of our team and cooperating as a single team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As was already indicated, we worked as a single team, and certainly, some things could have been done better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The post-launch assistance they provided without charging us more was outstanding and distinguished their customer service from other teams I have worked with.
