Scope of Work: Webon Pty Ltd is commissioned by Collab Solutions to develop an Automated Accounting System and an Automated Email System. The project will involve the use of AI Consulting, Custom Software Development, Digital Asset Management, and Web Development services provided by Webon:

1. Automated Accounting System: The system will be designed to process client information efficiently and accurately. It will be tailored to meet the specific needs of Collab Solutions and will be integrated into the existing infrastructure. The system will be user-friendly and will have the capability to generate reports, perform audits, and other accounting tasks. 
2. Automated Email System: The system will be designed to automate the process of sending emails to clients. It will be integrated with the accounting system to send out invoices, payment reminders, and other notifications. The system will also have the capability to track the delivery and open rates of the emails. 

Key Deliverables: 

1. A fully functional Automated Accounting System that can process client information and perform various accounting tasks. 
2. An Automated Email System that can send out emails to clients, track delivery and open rates, and integrate with the accounting system. 
3. Training and support for Collab Solutions staff on how to use the new systems. 
4. Documentation on the systems including user manuals and technical specifications.
5. Ongoing maintenance and support for the systems after implementation. 

The project will be completed within the agreed timeline and budget. Webon Pty Ltd will work closely with Collab Solutions to ensure the systems meet their needs and expectations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Efficiency Improvement: A significant reduction in the time taken to process client information and perform accounting tasks. This can be measured by comparing the time taken to complete these tasks before and after the implementation of the Automated Accounting System. 
2. Email Automation Success: A noticeable increase in the delivery and open rates of emails sent to clients. This can be measured by tracking these rates before and after the implementation of the Automated Email System.

Webon followed scrum framework to manage this project. Yes it was delivered on time - just delyaed by 1 week. They understood all our needs and tried their best to deliver all of our requirements.
