I am the founder of a data centre recruitment company.

We needed help redesigning our aging website, along with a road map to get more organic traffic from Google SEO.

We were recommended to work with WebMotion by an old business contact who had spoken highly of their team.

The web design project took about 6 weeks from kick off. The first week was spent doing a few discovery calls to get our ideas across. After that their team came up with some design proposals which we gave feedback on, before the developers started to build the site. The SEO work was ongoing throughout.

We primarily dealt with their project manager Tom, he was on hand to keep the project moving throughout. Various other team members jumped on video meetings to address and feedback on specifics such as the development and SEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website looks better than we had hoped, and the results from their SEO planning and strategy has already shown results with our site ranking in the top few results in Google for our main search term.

They provided quite an outstanding personal level of service throughout. Our team worked closely with Webmotion and they responded to any questions quickly and efficiently.

From early design all the way to going live and post launch the team has been excellent throughout.

For what projects/services did your company hire WebMotion Media, and what were your goals?

We purchased website from an existing business which hadn't been updated or worked on for many years. Our in-house team didn't have the capacity, or being honest the skillset to revamp our new website to the level of design that was required. Additionally, we wanted to improve our rankings on Google to gain more organic search traffic, and we didn't have the SEO expertise in our team.

WebMotion was highly recommended to us by a long-term client of ours.

Intially we had a informal chat with these guys to discuss our project goals. Once it was agreed that we wanted to proceed, they sent us a proposal which we signed electronically. At the start of the project we were given access to a live portal which gave an overview and status of the various stages in project - this was great as we could easily and quickly check in real-time on how the project was progressing.

The vast majority of the project commuication and management was handled by their project lead Tom. He then communicated and deligated tasks to the various team members, whilst discussing with our team any decisions that needed to be made.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were very pleased with the outcome of the project. The team delivered a website that was visually a market leader. However, through their SEO skills they also managed to quicky increase the amount of monthly traffic our site gets from Google search.

Intially we had frequent video calls until there was an agreement on the projects goals and specifics. After this is was fairly straightforward to check up on the project via the online portal. Additionally we had a weekly call with Tom to check in on everything who answered any questions we might have.

I felt that we were in both safe and competent hands. We were reassured throughout, communication and their systems were very helpful with this, and the project lead was on hand for any questions or queries. Their team is clearly very talented and we were impressed throughout the whole project lifecycle.
