There were a frew main milestones that were defined according to the different parts of the project. As for business impact, from the day the project was launched we are able to save a lot of manual hassle as well as significantly lower our costs - we used to pay for this service monthly and now we it on our own domain

The project manager wanted to unerstand business proccesses and include basic consulatation in order to support our digital transmormation and contribute to the sucess of the application after launced.

I refused to schedule an online kickoff meeting. as I thounght an email would be fine. It was my mistake. Nevertheless, I think the vendor should insist on such a meeting to align everyone.

The main goal was to rewrite from scratch two standalone mobile applications and the web backend, including a dashboard for administrative tasks.

We received all three products without delay. The UI and code of the projects were completely rewritten, which was an important milestone before the pilot with one of the largest rehabilitation hospitals.

All the tasks were delivered on time, despite numerous small UI adjustments. The staff was very supportive and customer-oriented.

The system allows users to create all the necessary business documents like: quotes, waybills, proforma invoices, tax invoices, tax invoices/receipts, receipts, and more.

In addition, there is also a means for creating foreign trade documents. The Gizbarit application is a green invoicing app available to Gizbarit customers that allows users to create all necessary business documents. Key deliverables included:

• Streamlined reporting process: the automated reporting feature of the CRM system significantly improved the reporting process.
