Are there any areas for improvement or something Weblynx could have done differently?

Overall, our experience was excellent and there were no major issues. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be providing even more detailed documentation for the backend system at the very start of the handover. However, they were very quick to explain everything during our training sessions, so it didn't slow us down at all. Their work is already at a very high standard.

Specifically, their expertise in developing a custom admin dashboard that can manage a massive inventory of nearly 3,000 products while providing real-time, interactive data visualization for users and dealers was truly unique. The precision with which they translated technical data into actionable business insights all while maintaining a fast, scalable platform demonstrates a level of technical sophistication that sets them apart in the e-commerce development space.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Weblynx could have done differently?

While the overall experience with Weblynx was highly professional and successful, one area for minor improvement could have been the frequency of technical documentation updates during the mid-project phase. While the delivery was on time and the communication was excellent, having a more structured, weekly technical walkthrough of the backend architecture could have provided even greater clarity on the custom dashboard's long-term scalability during the build.
