This is not a reputable or honorable company. They said it would take about two months to finish the site. Five months later the site was not finished and Farhat emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected Mr Farhat stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project. 

When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Farhat "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

I am the CMO of a 9 figure fashion and footwear brand. We use Shopify and have custom reports and themes. I have over 20 years experience running website brands online.

We rebranded our company and created a new Shopify store. We needed a replication of a project we paid Webinopoly for our original store. Instead of transferring the code from the original project we paid for, Webinopoly insisted they had to build app from scratch and did not know how to copy the app they built us before. So we paid webinopoly TWICE for the same work. All other apps we work with from Stamped.io on down were able to replicate their apps and work with no problem.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They built our app on our prior website which worked fine, but the new app they built does not work at all.

We paid them for a new app on our Shopify store and they built the app and told us they were done. Because the nsite was brand new we needed to wait for sales to come in for us to test the app which goal was to show sales reports...with real sales data. When we got new sales we ran their app report and got 0 results!

We contacted Webinopoly to troubleshoot and they refused to look over their work without us paying them AGAIN! I don't know about you but I refuse to be extorted by Web development agencies which is exactly what Webinopoly is attempting to do. I have been on the board of Magento and other software companies that actually stand by their work. It appears Webinopoly has terrible developers, are unable to troubleshoot their own work and do not care about their cus tomers at all. Beware do not use webinopoly to build your website or apps.

They are terrible to work with and slow. Overcharging customers twice, not making sure your product works is standard minimum expectations for a service provider and Webinopoly missed the mark with our 9 figure brand. We will never use Webinopoly again and we will make sure to let everyone know publicly about our experience. This was an easy fix, look at their work, fix it and move on but they are unwilling to do that and you cannot trust them.

We saw that they had worked with a similar industry before and wanted to give them a shot. We really admired their previous work and wanted to see if they could do the same for our team. We especially liked how they were able to breathe new life into stale websites.

After a few deliberations, we agreed to their proposal and have been working with them ever since. The whole team has been awesome, so professional, and rarely in need of our input.

They used various communication tools to liaise directly with those handling our project, ensuring that everything was dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Overall, since our Shopify website has been live, we've noticed that there has been movement in terms of sales and conversion rate. I also believe this site's intuitive and modern design has been a major factor in moving things along so well. From the very first month of launch, until today, the site has had a 30% increase in conversions.

Customers are now taking the time to go through product pages, and we also have fewer carts abandoned.

There were lots of Zoom meetings, Skype calls, and Project management tools like Basecamp to help us stay in communication on the project. We had a project manager who was great at keeping the ball rolling, so we never got lost.

In my experience, it's the little things that make a big difference. The team at Webinopoly is as helpful as they are knowledgeable. Whether it's giving great design tips or ensuring our e-commerce website is working optimally, they were always around to lend a helping hand. And yes, Shopify does make creating an e-commerce website easy, but when you're managing both your business and brand, time is of the essence! It really is the little things that matter most.
