I am an Independent Entrepreneur, I have been providing mobile app and web development services across the globe.

We develop a mobile app. Regarding that hire a Project manager, Designers, Developers, and Testers. Our goal was to make a user-friendly mobile app, that definitely helped people to manage their money. Monitor and track invoices using our mobile app.

I found webgen on the Internet after search and contacted them. They showed excellent experience and great knowledge of the business idea, and demonstrated their work portfolio, after that decided to work with them.

Created our app, a top personal finance manager, to make it easier for you to manage your money, set goals for the future, and have rapid access to all your financial information. Thanks to bank synchronization, you can manage debt, monitor expenses, and track invoices using our mobile app. The spending reports for the previous week are also available. Share some features with your family and stay within your budget. We give you access to your financial information. You can use it whenever you wish. Technologies used Python, Java, Swift, and Kotlin.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A team of 7 specialists was involved in the development. They were two Software Engineers, one designer, one Frontend and one Backend developer, one QA, and a PM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the app within 2 months, I saw 550 downloads and a good rating for this app. Many people are used to and send good feedback.

I saw Webgen as a process-oriented organization, they use project management tools. Every week create a scrum call and everything will be listed in our task management software. Guidelines were strictly followed, so everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Another best thing about working with them is that they were very responsive and took everything positively whenever we need to do any changes during the development process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially, we had some minor problems explaining our exact requirements to them. But later, it was solved by them through efficient communication between the team members and us. All in all, I didn’t face any negative experiences working with Webgen Technologies.
