I’m the owner of MLS Deluxe, a company that provides technology and internet services for the marine industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with WEBCODEGENIE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED?

I hired WEBCODEGENIE to develop several websites and platforms for my clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I can’t go into detail about the proprietary technology, but we’ve built a lot of websites and CMS platforms for some of my clients. WEBCODEGENIE works with whatever my clients need, be it Laravel, WordPress, PHP, or MySQL. Design-wise, I’m pretty much the architect while they act as the mechanics that put everything together. 

We have some ongoing projects where we support and service the platforms that we’ve built, but other projects simply involved having us set up the system and letting the clients take over from there. 

What is the team composition?

They’ve got a management staff along with a couple of people who make the pricing arrangements and assign the needed skills for a particular project. The team varies depending on the project.

How did you come to work with WEBCODEGENIE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED?

I found them on Upwork. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I first started working with them around July–August 2013. We developed a good relationship during the first project, and our ongoing partnership just expanded from there.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Across all projects, WEBCODEGENIE has done a really good job. That’s why every time we have a new project, we go to their team first. I have hired and worked with programmers from other companies, but they’re my major source for sure. They exceed my expectations, and I’m 100% satisfied with their services.

How did WEBCODEGENIE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED perform from a project management standpoint?

WEBCODEGENIE has very good project management. We mainly use Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that I’m not locked in with one programmer but am given the option to find the right person who understands the tools and the project requirements. They have adequate staffing and are able to provide programmers who have varied skills. This structure allows me to easily pull in developers or switch them out when needed. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they do a decent job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clearly communicate what you need in order for you to get a good result. The project manager needs to have a detailed outline of what needs to be done in a project so that they can find the right person for the job.

We needed additional organizational support for our customers including Inventory management, Project management, etc. Our goal is to build a custom application to achieve one-click access to a thousand different data points needed for daily operations

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been working with WebCodeGenie since 2011. They have always dome thru for us building Websites and custom applications to our exact specifications. Their work is high quality and their customer services is phenomenal

Our scope of work is confidential. We did lay it out in 3 phases to insure the quickest "bring to market" cloud application

Over the years I've worked with many of the Team including the Owner himself who is a highly skilled developer with great business acumen. - Developers, Senior Developers, Website Developers, Project Managers. and Executive Team

One of our Applications is the #1 app in the U.S.

We talk daily with their project managers, we use specific project management tools to track progress and keep track of any urgent issues. We receive weekly updates on project work.
