We hired WEB4PRO to create an online store for our company. We use the drop-shipping model and needed a functional yet affordable solution for these purposes. Goals: Create and launch a clothing store online with drop-shipping functionality.

My acquaintance recommended WEB4PRO as a reliable company, and after a few calls, we decided to work with them.

So, we needed an easy-going and convenient online store with the drop-shipping functionality. For this, we selected the Shopify platform, as it perfectly fits these needs. Our project also included custom functionality. It was integration with the Printful service. Our customers had to be able to pay for products at our store with coupons.

We have successfully launched the online store with all desired features and achieved our business goals. The traffic to our website is growing, which means we are on the right way.

The communication and the workflow were easy-going and productive. We had nice calls where we discussed everything about our project and its progress, planned everything, and finally came to the launch point.

They are people who do their job and do it really well, trying to catch all important details, and make a great final product. Also, they are friendly and communicative, which is also important for good partnership and cooperation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was ok in correspondence with deadlines, so it was an absolute pleasure working with the team.

We hired them for a re-platform project with several custom integrations. Goal was a quick turn around do to short timeline and quality work.

We had kick off meetings to disciple the scope of the gift card integration and fulfillment integrations. We had 2x a week meetings for updates and problem solving. This was a lot of custom code and they deivired very quickly. This was the most time consuming part of the project and they nailed it.

We meet a short 3-month timeline with full functionality.

We’ve worked with one senior Drupal developer and one communication manager from WEB4PRO. The team also includes one project leader and two QA people from our end.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Some of the modules they’ve created are already part of our products and have improved the overall experience of our clients. As a result, it is now easier to install and configure new features using these modules. Once the project is completed, there should be a significant improvement in the installation process of our products.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We’ve kept ownership of the project, so our project manager determines the specs and assignments. As soon as something is implemented, we are given the opportunity to review their work. WEB4PRO’s team reacts positively to changes and requests.
