They provided us with all the necessary help and technical support. Our 3-rd party solutions are always up-to-date, ready to be used for our clients. All our completed eCommerce projects in cooperation with the WEB4PRO team were successful and helped our clients achieve the set goals: increase their business results and grow the profit. WEB4PRO is responsible for the quality of technical solutions they help integrate, and we get effective results.

Our online store is based on WooCommerce. We needed to grow the website speed, improve web design, and add useful website functionality. Our website must have the CRM integration, the payment system, and the personal account for regular wholesale customers. We want to offer our wholesale customers individual prices, discounts, and conditions. All these points should grow the overall online experience and contribute to our brand’s successful results.

The website was built using the Ubercart module for Drupal 8. Ubercart is not supported since 2015, thus there is no documentation to it and it‘s complicated in use on Drupal 8.

Every sprint has gone well with WEB4PRO. The team delivers a high level of quality, and we know exactly what to expect from each session. WEB4PRO can conduct their own sprint reviews, which our client has been very happy about. The client has actually called back the WEB4PRO team to work on outside-of-scope tasks related to their market.

We’ve now entered a user-assisted testing phase, and WEB4PRO is working with us on that side of things. We have every intention of working with them again should their development skills fit with future projects’ needs.

I’m very happy with WEB4PRO’s project management. They pay attention to detail in order to add value. They followed the full story in our planning process, but they also understood the refinement stage, provided valuable feedback. The team leads daily standups that make me comfortable. Internally, we like that they are very flexible and adapt to our development and security process, as well as our communication processes.

They’re committed to our projects and are always by our side for major deadlines. If we have to deliver something, they will sometimes work over the weekend and late in the day in order for us to achieve major deadlines. Recently, we went through a security audit and only had minor returns. The quality of their work was reportedly great.

We like that they take the time to explain their process. When we ask them to explain what they are doing, they are always available, and they teach well. We use Slack for communication, which is useful.
