I’m the owner of a home building and remodeling company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Digital IT Services?

It’s very competitive in my space to generate new business and leads, so it’s equally important to have a continuous pipeline of new customers and a strong web presence. I’m working with Web Digital to redesign and my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve worked with Web Digital’s team in the past to try out CRM products and digital marketing strategies, but we’re now creating a freshly designed website. They started from scratch on a new WordPress solution and will launch back into digital marketing once it’s completed. This will include SEO, PPC, and content marketing — it will all align. Once we see what organic keywords and paid ads are working, Web Digital will create content tailored to those keywords with their professional writers.  

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with several members of their staff depending on the skillsets I require. Jet (Account Manager) is my main contact, and he delegates the work appropriately.

How did you come to work with Web Digital IT Services?

They were recommended by someone I’d worked with in the past. I didn’t make any sudden moves but instead a feel for them by seeing how they responded to certain questions. Other vendors would drop off or go dark during this process.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $40,000–­$50,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together on the website since June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

You have to measure to see what’s working, so I run several programs independently; Google has analytics and reports, and Web Digital provides their own. I then see if everything matches up.

How did Web Digital IT Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very easy to communicate with and get in touch with. Many vendors will ghost you and leave you hanging, but I’ve experienced that with Web Digital or Jet. We collaborate using Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Jet is very patient and thorough, and he listens to me before making suggestions. Additionally, he’s never dominant. A lot of people will pidgeon-hole you and think they know better, but Jet likes to start small with strategies, measure their impact, and then guide us in the right direction.

It’s nice to have all the services I require in one group; everyone has own vertical in Digital Web. Finally, I love their communication. It feels like they’re working in my best interest.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything, as we’re in a good spot for them to deliver great value in many areas of business. Having someone that’s familiar with all these aspects and then being able to delegate the work to a specialist is very comforting.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The more you can measure people’s abilities to deliver what’ important to you, the better the relationship will be. Read internet reviews of potential vendors to get 3–4 solid options, and then see how they respond to ca conversation. Every project starts with strong communication.

Our website and CRM, client processing system were outdated and needed new options. Web Digital IT did an excellent job handling everything, updating our system getting us back online and adding all the new features we were looking for.

They were chosen based on their experience and previous recommendation from a friend.

We spoke with the project mgr and seo consultant whom provided us with a timeframe, website analysis, keyword research and recommendation. The project manager coordinated everything along with the SEO mgr and SEO. Together they worked on the programming, marketing and development of our site and CRM.

We had 4 people work with us, the project mgr, SEO, consultants and web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have definitely noticed an uptick on searches for our business and our staff loves the ease and feel of our new CRM.

We communicated via email and Skype and getting in touch was always very easy and done in timely fashion.

We're impressed by their timeliness and knowledge to quickly fix any issues. I will be using them again.

For what projects/services did your company hire Web Digital IT Services?

Originally we hired them to do our website, then they did my husband's website and we loved the experience. So, I brought them on to manage my website monthly, do SEO, and assist with any IT/Tech issues that I had. I also started to refer all of my clients who needed new websites and they have serviced a few over the years.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I saw my friend's law firm website and I loved it. She referred me to this company and they were affordable, responsive, and open to letting me create the brand my way.

I submitted an initial form for the project information. Then we had our first meeting where we walked through the process and what needed to be done. The mock up was provided fairly quickly and edits were made then I had a draft of the site and I loved it. We continued to make edits until it was ready to go live.

I mainly worked with one person on the team and they have been a great resource.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone has loved my website and commented on its sleekness and ease of use. I also had the team create a new website for me which I also love.

It has been extremely effective.

They had an excellent turnaround time and an eye for how a proper website should look.

Create a timeline and confirm how long updates may take to ensure everyone is on the same page.
