We met at an offline conference, talked about our project, and the Web Deluxe team offered their solution, which we liked and we started our cooperation. I never thought before that everything could be so simple and so professional at the same time.

The first stage: the discussion of the project. The main advantages and disadvantages were discussed with the client. The main goals of the project were set. Outlined the target audience of the site.

The second stage: Site prototyping. The team drew a block diagram of the site and we approved. We used all our advantages and wrote accurate texts for the site.

The third stage: Design. Webdelux designers made a cool design using the latest design trends. Our site turned out to be stylish and emphasized our professionalism.

The fourth stage: Programming. The team tried and made the site easy to use both from PCs and phones. The download speed just impressed us, and most importantly, no bugs were found.

We were comfortable with working at each stage, we were quickly given answers to all questions and our project, and each of our wishes was treated professionally. Used the following technologies HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JS, WordPress.

After the introduction of the site, the number of our customers has grown significantly. We had about 10 new applications from the site every day. We've never had so many customers before. Managers were satisfied that customers understood exactly what kind of services they needed and less time was spent on explanations, and the number of concluded contracts grew. We were glad that we chose Webdeluxe.

We had weekly stand-ups with their project manager, who showed us product demos and we discussed and corrected our plans for next week. After the meetings, their PM shared all information with to rest of the team. We used ZOOM, Telegram, Asana with Gant diagram, xMind, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress.

The site implements multilingual functionality, developed a convenient interactive search and filtering of goods without reloading the page. For the convenience of the user, you can add your favorite item to your wish list, and you can make a purchase and place an order on one page.

During the work, their constant support and assistance in servicing highlighted their interest in the long-term success of our projects. This gives us an understanding that we are working in a ‘win-win’ format.

The Webdeluxe team completed an analysis of Hotjar and Google Analytics data, after which they researched our audience, uncovered their hidden objections, and then compiled a list of hypotheses along with UX/UI. Each month, they adjusted the strategy and added new ideas. 
Their work included editing the category page, product page, shopping cart, and checkout process. After the latest measurement, the indicators show a mega positive dynamic: a +36.2% increase in conversion rate, a +22% increase in average check, and a +25 second increase in average session duration

Roughly speaking, before sales, we had to solve issues with strategy, brand positioning in our region, content, and moderation, as well as create CJM. Only after these stages, we started to get the first results.

We were looking for a team that could fully commit to our brand. We chose within Kyiv because we thought it would be the most convenient option, as a person could come and pick up the goods to make the shooting at any time. Communication was conducted mainly with the project manager - Denys, but apart from him, we also repeatedly communicated on narrow-profile issues with marketer Ruslan, target specialist - Ivan, and other team members who were responsible for content production. It was very important for us to be informed about each stage of the work, and we received this information.

We started getting steady growth in online orders over the past three months. The cost of a purchase with an average $500 check is $14.

We communicated with the team online, as we were in different cities. But it did not affect the efficiency of the work. Each month we received analytics, agreed on the work process, and moved on.
