My company runs ethics and probity courses face-to-face and online, for all healthcare professionals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Web Buds, and what were your goals?

Develop and build a website. The website had to be interactive and automated so that the clients could purchase and complete the online courses, do a post-course assessment and receive an automatically generated certificate in their respective names at the end.

How did you select Web Buds and what were the deciding factors?

I have been working with the Web Buds for a number of years and they have built websites for my other projects. They have always worked at high standards.

Thus it was an easy decision for me to come back to them for this project and I am very happy that I did as the results of this project are excellent.

• Developing a website design and building it.
• Creating automated mechanisms on the website so that the clients can purchase and complete the courses online, attempt a post course assessment, and if they pass the assessment, the system to generate a named certificate for them. All this to happen automatically without any involvement of my team.
• Setting up payment systems and automatic email notifications to both the clients and my team.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Two people, they worked as a team seamlessly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome is a website that is very impressive, appearing very well on google, strong and protected against any intrusions, responsive and automated in terms of the online courses.

We had almost daily contact via email or phone. They were easily approachable and kept to their time commitments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing was that they would make things happen. They would always find a way to create systems and make the ideas work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of.

We hired webbuds to provide us the IT solutions for our organization. We needed new website, new property management software and office computer net working solutions.

First of all to have to get all it services under one roof. Website, office networking and software development and that what we got from Webbuds.

It's a great success for our company and it has significantly reduced the time it takes us to manage properties and our number of customers have increased.

Their ability to identify, understand our requirements and to deliver within agreed agreed time frame.

There is always some room for improvement but we are entirely satisfied with the works done.
