They emailed me a proposal, everything was written simple and clear, all explained in one document as I prefer, that was the deciding factor, not too complicated, simple and clear

They performed SEO which I don't understand in detail but I can discuss the results. Ever since they began working on my website, I noticed many organic visitors coming from the targeted country.

I am not sure how many worked since I never asked, there was one person in charge for me, and with him, I only communicated for whatever I needed, he was an SEO specialist.
