The project never got finished. Although the initial home page was not what I wanted, I moved ahead with the company in full payment expecting them to make the changes needed. They delivered only a typical real estate agent site, which is not at all what I wanted or needed, and did not match all the details I sent to them.

The developer did not understand the project, and there were constant delays and unresponsiveness to my requests. After just one week into the project, I made a change in the company logo. After four requests in the weeks to follow, Web App Verticals could not even get my logo corrected, let alone providing multipage forms I requested. When I finally received just one of the two what were to be mult-page forms, it arrived on the site as just a simple one-page form.

THERE IS NOTHING IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM. PLUS, AFTER TWO MONTHS AND NOT EVEN ONE USABLE PAGE OF THE SITE, I REQUESTED A REFUND BASED ON THEIR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY REQUESTS AND I FINALLY HAD TO GET THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY INVOLVED TO GET JUST A PORTION OF MY

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes 1. Understand fully the project requests 2. Complete the simple change requests in the timely manner 3. Complete the forms in the manner requested 4. Stop false advertising the 100% refund, without a full disclosure on the bid what this actually means. 5. Get someone above the one developer to talk to any upset client immediately when upset... not 5 weeks later when the credit card company is going after the refund.
