The team’s goal was to help us keep our brand fresh and up to date in the market. We had been working across a few different streams, and that evolved a little bit over time. They specifically designed and built our websites, and they were responsible for any updates and changes that we needed.

In addition, the team was in charge of designing and working with us to establish our brand guidelines, which included our logo, typography, colors, and materials related to our merchandise. Furthermore, they provided UX design services for our mobile app. Their work involved designing and wireframing the screens that we used in our mobile app.

They had talented designers, and we found it easy to work with them. We received feedback on what they delivered from a visual and UX point of view from our customers and internal team. In connection with that, if there was something we needed to adjust, we got back to WAVAI so that they could implement those.

Our product's backend took a long time to develop. It was excellent in terms of functionality, however our frontend was nonexistent. Our engineers are really good at what they do, but they are not good at designing. We supplied massive CSV files to our clients prior to working with WAVAI. We needed to start with the design in order to construct a web application. We engaged in WAVAI to help us and develop a professional client-facing layer for our data set.

There was nowhere for us to start. We provided them the pitch deck we use with investors, some very basic ideas, and what I think are our user stories about the various groups we sell to. We also offered them background information on the business and the issues we're trying to solve. WAVAI truly started from the beginning and interviewed our clients.

In Figma, they share everything with me. The online application's design is nearly finished, and the engineers will soon begin construction.

Only our clients in the interviews have seen the web app, which we haven't launched yet. During the first interviews and subsequent feedback sessions, every customer conveyed excitement. Although it's too early to tell how it will affect marketing and sales, we can definitely sense the enthusiasm.

Our collaboration is excellent. They work quickly, and the process is highly iterative. Almost every day, we connect over a Slack channel. We constantly receive updates from the WAVAI team in addition to the weekly check-in meetings.

They produced a really good product. I value their openness to criticism and the time and work they put into what they display for me. They took a step back and revamped something even after dedicating a lot of time and energy to their job. This ability is truly impressive.

We required an excellent website that could succinctly and professionally convey the group's strengths. 

After laying the foundation for a website, we had to organize the information about our company for general access. To guarantee that our brand is consistent from online to paper, the scope included design, branding, and content development for both our website and customer communications.
