I am the founder of Chica. Chica is a scientifically formulated blend of natural food ingredients that have been selected and tested to ensure they provide measurable health benefits to animals.

For what projects/services did your company hire WarmDevs Webflow, and what were your goals?

We required a new website to be created that would serve primarily as an e-commerce site, allowing customers to purchase Chica products online. However, we also needed to provide relevant informational content, so that buyers could better understand the benefits of giving Chica to their pets.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for a web developer that could deliver a high quality website, from a usability and functional perspective. We reviewed other sites that had been constructed.

Design phase to work on high level designs of the site, including a site hierarchy. Other examples were provided. Construction of core pages and content provided. Connect to payment options (including transactional and subscription payment). Fixing of any issues.

All our communication was through a single project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website has been launched and marketing activities have begun.

Most communication was through slack, including written communication and video calls as required. We worked against agreed milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Despite the significant challenges faced by Ukraine at the moment, Jane (our project manager) remained available and communicative through the entire process. There was never any issues having a video call, and all changes were made as required. I relied on the team to make recommendations around design/usability and they delivered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was a range of content issues that needed to be resolved. I was able to this myself, although would have needed to train on webflow. I instead relied on their team to make all changes. This worked well.

Our client wanted to build a Webflow site and since we were less familiar with the tool we hired WarmDevs to help with the design and development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for Webflow developers on Upwork and after having a call with WarmDevs, we were very impressed by their professionalism and their process that we wanted to move forward with them.

After a series of discovery meeting, WarmDevs proposed a way to fit the work within our budget and we got started on the project. We started with scoping out the needs of the site, tools/integrations, then choosing a template that would work, and finally designing it in Figma. Communication was done through Slack and they were always very prompt with responding or jumping on a call if need be.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their Figma designs were complete with brand guidelines and every page had all sections and functionality needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was frequent and initially started through calls and emails, then when the project started we were added to a Slack group where we received frequent updates about the progress of the work and were able to collaborate and ask questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really impressed by WarmDevs' professionalism and experienced team. They made us feel very comfortable when they initially walked us through all the steps and stages of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think anything could have been done differently.

I think everything was fine, even when it was a public holiday in your country.
