Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-founder of a SaaS analytics company building analytics software for the event's industry.
For what projects/services did your company hire WarmDevs Webflow, and what were your goals?
Our website was in need of a major overhaul given the pivot our company made in 2021. As a result, we needed to change to a more dynamic platform in Webflow and needed the expertise to create the user experience we wanted for our audience.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for solution providers, and WarmDevs really stood out because their account team was knowledgable, listened, and then showed us examples of other client work that answered our major questions.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The project was a complete revamp of our site from the bottom up. Once we came up with the sitemap, the WarmDevs team walked us through the design process. Before anything was developed, we worked with them to ensure the design fit our goals, and they answered all our questions along the way.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with account reps, project managers, designers, developers, and the QC team. it was a professional operation from top to bottom.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Within 3 months of our website launching, our traffic tripled and we started to get inbound leads. The WarmDevs team has also been great about making additional changes as the data informs what we should be doing.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I very much appreciated the project management style because it was fast, iterative, and based in Slack. It made it extremely easy to move through each step of the process without losing communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The design was fast, elegant, and matched our needs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing comes to mind.

App Development for Children's Media Company
"I’ll work with WarmDevs a lot more in the future."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and CEO of a Swedish company called Lekis. We make apps and kids’ TV shows.
What challenge were you trying to address with WarmDevs?
They took over the development of our streaming app where we showcase all our TV shows. We started with another company, but WarmDevs took over midway through. Afterward, they performed a couple of updates on the system as well.
What was the scope of their involvement?
WarmDevs has a team working on the app consisting of Android and iOS developers. They also have UI/UX designers on the team. They’re in charge of pretty much everything on the app, including all the updates.
What is the team composition?
In total, there are five people involved. I’m normally in touch with Taras (CEO) and the head of the iOS team. I believe there are 2–3 other people on the team. There was one more person involved when we were at the user interface stage.
How did you come to work with WarmDevs?
We initially worked with a bigger Ukrainian company, but they couldn’t really fulfill the needs I had for this app. The CEO of that company recommended WarmDevs to me, saying that they were a smaller company that would be able to focus more on us. I got in contact with WarmDevs and took it from there.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested $10,000–$15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with WarmDevs in November 2018, and it’s ongoing. They published a small update about a month ago, and I just talked with them today about the requirements for some new iOS apps we want to build. We also plan to make a big update on the Android app in the future, once we can afford it. I’ll work with WarmDevs a lot more in the future.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve been really happy with their work so far as it’s a big improvement from the company we worked with before. I like their organization. Taras is a good guy and easy to work with. I feel I can trust him. They’re really skilled, and we’re happy with how they’ve been working with us.
We’ve worked with a couple of companies in the Ukraine and India, and WarmDevs is definitely one of our favorite teams. I’m happy with the quality of work, and I plan to keep working with them.
How did WarmDevs perform from a project management standpoint?
They introduced us to a lot of workflow solutions for collaborating online. I was using Basecamp before, but WarmDevs is using another tool. We can see their work, comment, and add things. The workflow’s been overall good. We talk at least once a week, even though everything is published and ready now. They have a fast response time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They keep to the deadlines really well, which isn’t very common. It’s hard to predict how long something will take, but they’ve actually been pretty good with deadlines. They also have a competitive price point.
One of the main things I value in the companies I work with is communication and the response rate. I always have a Skype thread open with everyone at WarmDevs, and I can write to them at any time with limited time zone issues.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not really. I’ve been happy so far. The work’s been good. There will always be hiccups along the way when producing apps that are fairly technical, but they have really good knowledge about how to solve things.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Not really. There are a lot of app companies in Ukraine, but WarmDevs has just been a good team. They know I’m really happy with them, and I’ve actually recommended them. I’m overall satisfied with them, and I’d encourage other people to choose them if they can. They’re good people.

Web Development for a Firewood Delivery Company
"They are good with structuring ideas and coming up with new things themselves."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of Short Travel Firewood. It’s like Uber, but for firewood. We provide local producers with a way to perform transactions on the Internet. They are able to deliver products more effectively to local customers via home delivery. Firewood is commonly used in Norway and the northern United States.
What challenge were you trying to address with WarmDevs?
We had a three-year-old software framework that needed to be updated. It was running on an older version of Angular and we needed to hire a new company. We either needed to refactor the platform or hire a company to develop a new project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our platform on a new framework, working on site-building and backend development. We set up a method for us to find products, make it available for the transaction, and then set up a delivery route which is optimal for the vendor and gives a notification to the customer. It was done through Node.js and JavaScript.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a team six. There were a project manager, scrum master, developers, and QA testers.
How did you come to work with WarmDevs?
I asked a friend of mine in Ukraine if they knew of a young, eager company that could take on this refactoring project. They referred me to WarmDevs.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $100,000–$150,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in March 2019 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m very happy with their services; I would recommend them. They’re quite innovative. The site helps operate the business more efficiently.
How did WarmDevs perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very good during the first 75% of the project. In the last quarter, things were a bit delayed. They used a lot of new and effective tools like Figma, Jira, and Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They are good at structuring ideas and coming up with new things themselves.
Are there any areas they could improve?
In some cases, they might be a bit naïve. They’re young and brave, so they suggest things that aren’t quite valid in our country. I understand what they’re suggesting, but I don’t think some of it would work here.
Compared to a large company, they were a bit less structured. They tried to force the project into more two-week sprints, but too much development had passed without the agile structure. They could’ve insisted on structuring that earlier.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You should spend time together in the workshop. Even if you love Skype and hate traveling, it’s better to meet in-person than you’d think.
Within three months after the website launch, the client's traffic tripled, and they started to receive more inbound leads. Moreover, WarmDevs Webflow made additional modifications that impressed the client. They also appreciated the vendor's project management style, which was quick and iterative.
