We had an old an outdated ecommerce website that was not fulfilling our objective to show maximized product lines for our customers to buy online. We, Celeste Home Fashion, were not just looking to have a ecommerce website, but we wanted an online store that is built with high end security, have a neat and clean UI and seamless UX that portrays a luxury experience to our customers. Our product range is very diverse and varied from bed sets, to decorative items, wall arts, chairs, cabinets, rugs and etc. we wanted all our categories that had numerous skus should also be available on the online store for customers to buy online conveniently.

Hence, based on these brief requirements, we were suggested by Waleed Ahmed - Digital Marketing Expert in Pakistan to proceed with shopify as a technology, since its very user friendly to manage in a very affordable cost. Proceeding with shopify, our key deliverables was to ensure high end photography of all our products, along with multiple designs and themes for the website with all content and ensuring the website is search engine friendly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed in different milestones. In the first milestone which was of 3 to 4 months, the design of the website was finalized. In the second milestone, which was again of 3 to 4 months took the backend and technical development which also included the integration of POS with the website to show live/ realtime inventory of products directly from the stock available at our warehouse and retail showrooms.

Lastly, the 3rd milestone consisted of the final touches of the website like updation of the products, content, blogs and necessary information for customer. Overall, we successfully managed to launch our website which consisted of 5000+ skus with managing their content, photographs and etc.

Professionals! We have found them very proactive in their approach of work by regularly kept us updated with the progress and tasks by every end of the week. They like to follow documented communications for all the matters and everytime responded to our queries and feedback incorporations with detailed explanatory answers which was very helpful for us as client as we were not technically sound or proficient to understand the whats and nots while this project.

With respect to timeline, we were very happy that they had wrapped and closed the project with our positive satisfaction before the committed deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The point that really got our attention was their level of expertise that matches for our work. Their way of human coordintion and interaction with us left us in 0 worries for the project. They are very friendly, cooperative and understand the feedbacks with positive mindset and this behavior and attitude is what we believe is very unique about them and their team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Overall, we did not really encounter anything negative while the project that something is missing or not right from the vendor. We found them to be very professionals in their working style and provided us with maximum value and quality service that helped us establish an extra revenue channel for our brand

From some recent years, we have reported an increase number of burnt victims from specific region of our country across all ages (majorly childrens) After analysing several cases, we have found a similar pattern that is becoming the most obvious reason in these life taking cases. Which was getting electroculed in rainy seasons. We as an NGO, realized the power of social media to increase our awareness and let people aware of our existence to treat burn victims for free. At this stage, our main requirements was not only do mass awareness but also increase our community hence, people are regularly aware of the precautions they need to take if any thing happens

Our initial meetings was about having a focussed scope that includes proposition of digital strategy by the vendor backed up with factual numbers as to why we should go with proposed strategy, along with complete management of offical social media profiles which included (creative design services, simple video productions, social media pages management, respond to user queries , run ads on facebook/ instagram/ and google within the provided budgets and present monthly growth report.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the SOW, we committed the expected awareness count we are looking to expect on monthly basis which was delivering atleast a minimum of 30K impressions of our messages to the people. In response, we have noticed a massive increase in the awareness of around 40K to 50K per month, along with unmatched number of engagements from our previous records. We have also noticed an increase of our burns community from about 100 to 150 people per month. This was a massive success for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have found the team of Mr. Waleed was highly organised and always kept us informed before we asking for any update. In their SOPs they always share weekly status with us about how much spending is done and what are the results we are getting. Along with, sharing of the next week's creative assets for social media pages.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their high professional approach to work with sincerity, integrity, and punctuality delivers exceeding results. Along with their sincere attitude to not just work for the retainer but provide quality services that helped us grow our cause and presence.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since day 1, we had recieved a very positve service from them and all our management was very happy with their approach of keeping us informed in advance according to the committmets we had in our scope of work. We now believe they are the right experts in their industry to get any work or service done that falls in digital.
