VoipTower provided a full setup of IP telephony infrastructure for our driving school from scratch. The project included connecting and configuring phone numbers, setting up the telephony system for our managers, integrating calls with our CRM system, and making it possible to manage client communication directly from the CRM. They also helped us organize the workflow so our team could add client information, call customers from one place, update lead statuses, and track communication history. Another important deliverable was access to a personal billing panel where we can monitor manager calls, review call history, check usage, and manage our telephony services. As a result, we received a complete and ready-to-use communication system that improved our daily operations, made client communication more convenient, and helped us reach more potential students across Ukraine.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable outcomes were faster client communication, better call tracking, and a more organized sales workflow. Our managers can now call clients directly from the CRM, update lead statuses, and review communication history without switching between separate tools. We also gained access to call history and usage tracking through the billing panel, which helped us monitor manager activity and improve control over daily communication. The new system made it easier to work with existing clients and allowed us to expand outreach to potential students across Ukraine, especially for online theoretical driving lessons.

Are there any areas for improvement or something VoipTower could have done differently?

We do not have any major areas for improvement regarding their service or support. The only suggestion would be for VoipTower to make their services more visible online, because we first learned about them through a business meeting rather than through a regular online search. Their solution is useful for businesses, so it would be helpful if more companies could easily find information about their services, examples, and communication solutions online.
