I’m the director of a consulting company that provides business advisory, coaching, and bookkeeping services to small to medium organizations in New Zealand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VNC Australia provides Xero-based bookkeeping services, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, and financial reviews. The team mainly focuses on AP but also handles some payroll tasks and is now expanding into handling AR.

We've retained clients and added more, including two big ones this year. The team has also delivered fewer errors, freed up client time, and provided financial confidence.
