set up client in crm
set up client in accounting tool
send email approval
send sms approval
send 24h reminder email and sms
open automated offers (distinguish between sex)
transfer google calendar appointments to respective client in crm

The outcome is great - we save up to 20minutes per new client now. with more than 100 new clients a month, this is saving us up to 2000minutes of repetitive work a month
