What was the team composition?

Vinod pulled in required people and team leaders as required to run this project. Mufaddal and Sonu were two of the project leaders that contributed immensely to this project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Communication with the team was very effective. Different sub-projects for the applications were developed and delivered in a timely manner.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We set up spreadsheets to list and track tasks. The team was very diligent in following up and updating tasks. Emails and Skype conversations played key role as well in successful execution of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their willingness to understand requirements was impressive. Preparedness to help and deliver. Responsiveness to handle issues when they come up. Resourcefulness to pull in help and resources to find answers to problems.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Use a web based project management tool maybe to organize tasks. Develop methodology to test the performance and functionality. While your core focus is development, for complex project like what we did, I think it could make it even easier.

Their customer service is excellent and went beyond my expectations. They always had a professional response to my suggestions and very creative on suggesting further solutions. They always delivered more for the same price. I will keep continue working with them on other projects.

Time frame is quite challenging because we are in Canada and my day start at 3 or 4 am in the morning when I need to connect with them.
