Initially client need to develop a Robust platform seeking his ideal concept from carrot.com which is one of the finest Real Estate site in USA. We have tried to use maximum good features from the carrot.com As per the client's requirement, we have faced the following complexities- - Client want us to develop such a featured website in wordpress i.e. a multisite platform in Wordpress which was quite difficult initially to maintain whole data with users and their customers but we completely made the platform hassle less with smooth features and enhancements by managing it using wordpress admin only. - Client asked us to restrict each of the site users to not merge in any ways and code a URL restriction feature in wordpress which we developed in the module - Client also asked us to develop and design some 6 to 8 custom themes with Real estate look & feel, with all fields and environment to get this a default feature for subscribed users. Most projects have been web applications running on a LAMP platform. Deliverables have varied, but they've largely been custom application projects, with specifically defined UI/UX and capabilities. We've normally had a set of predefined requirements, but they can often evolve over the life of the project and/or application.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
This has varied from a single junior developer on a small project to multiple senior and midlevel/junior developers on larger ones. The team size has gone up and down at different times on various projects.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have seen the structure and quality of our codebases improve, as well as improvements in capabilities and performance. This has led to faster fixes and enhancements to our applications on multiple occasions

Early on we began investing resources into PM tools and more frequent, detailed comms. The team has worked with different tools of our preference at different times with minimal adjustment issues (Kanbans, Slack, etc). This has improved the outcomes at every step. They are very accommodating ofn changing needs. The senior team/projects leads are very easy to engage with and work collaboratively to improve processes, methods, etc. They are very good value for the caliber of work.

We have made improvements together in areas like code commenting, structure & frequency of status updates by team members, etc. There is always something that can be improved upon in any situation.
