I'm the Manager of Assignments Labs, Sri Lanka. Our company intends to help students who struggle to handle studies work together. We write academic writings and do projects with excellent quality.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vital Masks PVT LTD, and what were your goals?

We work with Vital Masks for Web design & Web Development. These days we have also hired them for Branding and Digital Marketing. We wanted to optimize our website and for some marketing purposes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of friend who has worked with the company suggested me the firm. I have seen the work done for my friend and I am convinced the work they have done. Their designs and the services after going live were the key deciding factors.

I talked with the Business analyst and he gathered the requirements. later on, he came with wireframes and a sample prototype to explain how the potential website to be. There after, I further suggested some changes. After taking everything into consideration, project manager and the BA finalized the requirement and process started and completed as per the plan.

I was communicating with Business analyst and Project managers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I was extremally happy and satisfied with the website they delivered since it displayed eye-catching design and very responsive.

They use Microsoft Teams and Google Meet to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company was keen on keeping their words. Delivery on time and there is no compromise when it comes to design and work quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was quiet happy with what We got. If they keep doing the same, the company will reach more heights.

I found the Company Via Facebook Promotion, I saw their website designs through the samples they sent. Those designs were the deciding factor.

Based on the requirements given, they took around 2 months two complete the project. They have used html, css, java script and php

A Project manager was working with me till the project completion.

I noticed the website traffic increased gradually, the progress was quiet impressive.

They use Jira for their project management. They use their official mail for communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They impressively and clearly gathered requirements, and the project planning and execution were perfect. They never delayed the deliverables.

I am really happy with their work.
