DON'T BE DUPED BY VISIONARY WEB DESIGN. This company uses hard sales tactics and false promises to extract your money, 9 months on my website is incomplete and riddled with errors, the payment gateway plus other key component (Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy Button, Trading Terms) are incomplete or written by me including the site content. Their customer service, communication, project management, attention to detail, and competence were all poor. We felt like we were in the hands of novices.

Use a section 75 claim to get a refund from your credit card company if the goods and services are not as agreed or promised..
