RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

WORST WORST WOST... Completely garbage design. I have hired this team for my SaaS product graphic designs. Their Business Development manager said that - Assigned PM will be always in the meeting with designer - All designed will be verified by PM None of this is true. They were not following the process. 

• Their PM wasn't attending meetings. 
• Design wasn't reviewed by PM. 
• All the design outputs are senseless. 

Check the attached Black Friday offer design they have prepared. They have added bullet points in the offered post. Have you guys ever seen an offer image like that? Also, this design is prepared by his Lead Graphic Designer. So just imagine the work of their Jr. designers. After all these issues, I reported it to their BDM again for the refund because they were not following the process that they had written in the contract. 

Their assigned PM also confirmed that the design was not up to the quality. After all these discussion they offered me two extra days of work. I denied because even if they work for 2 days with these quality of work will not be useful for us. So, now before hiring you should see what you will be getting. This my honet feedback.

Their project management is so bad. Didn't follow the daily standup time. PM was not in the meeting.

Nothing.. They delivered the worst design output I have ever seen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Virtual Real Design Pvt. Ltd could have done differently?

Have a better quality of designers as per your commitment. Their Lead designers are producing designs like freshers.

I had the very worst experience with the designers. The work was not good, and I was not satisfied with the output I got from this company.

Not at all. The designer said the lead designer prepared our design, but when I look at the design, I can be very sure that some fresher or junior prepared this design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing. My team hired their designer, and we signed the contract with them. There were so many things mentioned in the agreement regarding the process they would follow during the work and those things. But they are not following any of those process steps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Virtual Real Design Pvt. Ltd could have done differently?

We didn't like your work, so we discussed it with your team, and they agreed with us when they saw their own design, so we canceled the contract and asked for a refund. But now they are refusing to give a refund. These company members should have some ethics. And they should have learned how to work with the professionals.
