There was no progress or success; all they achieved was a giant waste of money on an AI script-generating system that generated scripts that were awful, and by awful I mean technically inaccurate and alienating to my target customers.

Here's what happened: These guys will help you with basic starting points like which equipment to buy, how to set up your camera, but it's not worth the $6000/month they charge. Their AI scripts are trash, they just get on chatgpt, describe your business, and then have it create interview questions for you. Just do that yourself for free. They are way out of depth if you have any degree of technical aspect to your business, and are not able to get a AI content system together for technical businesses. Upon realizing that the scripts that generate are terrible and irrelevant to my client base, I brought this up to their team, and they said "oh, ya the scrips we generate aren't going to work, you need to edit the script so that the information is correct." In other words, they couldn't deliver what I was paying them for and told me to do it myself. They will tell you you are a fit regardless of what your company is or does. It has been an absolute waste of money for us and I couldn't more strongly advocate for you to go a different direction.

 I was looking for someone to help me with short videos and came across a website. Watched a few videos and decided to move forward with their service, and I can tell you it's been very impressive. The results that we're getting are stellar. They've taught me a lot about how to script video shorts as well as help me find one of the best editors on the planet. They're continuing to work with me to make these better. They're teaching me how to use the metrics, which is something I did not know. They again have taught me how to write a lot of different scripts and change the scripting based on the results that we're getting. I think if you engage with them, you'll be really happy. I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to grow their presence online.

I'm in the early stages of the project. But so far, the team has been very good to me. Everyone is very like-minded, strategic and quick to take action. The onboarding process felt seemless and the strategy discussed makes plenty of sense. The results speak for themselves, it's a very experienced team who knows the short form content and paid ads game extremely well. I have utter faith that they will help me acheive the results I'm looking for.

There were no measurable outcomes. I got 0% ROI on my investment.

Slow to respond. You could not talk to anyone higher up when things were not going well. You could only email support, and their response was slow. Most times, I had to send multiple emails to get responses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nothing for the 30K I invested.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

I invested approximately $30,000 with Viral Coach. While we did receive a significant number of social media views, those views did not translate into meaningful new patient growth for our practice. A major part of their sales pitch was building a lead-generation funnel centered around a free veneers ebook designed to capture qualified cosmetic dental leads. Unfortunately, the funnel and landing page were not built until near the end of our contract term. The landing page itself was extremely disappointing. It was clear the person designing it had not taken the time to review our website, branding, or positioning as a high-end cosmetic dental office. In the very first draft, the featured model even had visibly crooked bottom teeth—which was shocking considering we are a cosmetic dentistry practice. When I requested revisions, I was told after only one attempt that “we are not experts” and that I would now need to provide all photos and creative direction myself. The funnel has now been live for over three weeks and has produced only about three leads, despite being presented as the central strategy behind the entire program. Communication and support were also ongoing issues throughout the six months. Responses from support were consistently slow, and I often had to send multiple follow-up emails just to receive a reply. Most recently, I was told I would have access to an archived copy of all our Slack communications after the contract ended. I have sent multiple emails, including screenshots clearly showing that I cannot access the Slack workspace or archived materials. Instead of addressing the actual issue, I continue to receive generic, cookie-cutter responses that do not resolve the problem. Overall, while Viral Coach may be capable of generating views, my experience was that the backend strategy, communication, execution, and support did not justify the investment.

 So far impressions are up 144%, and posting is up 4,000%. To be fair we did not have any social media presence at all outside of LinkedIn prior to this engagement. Our accounts are brand new. We created them for this purpose and we're also early into the engagement.

 Project management is excellent. Everything is always on time or early and very fast.

 I appreciated that our account manager gave good feedback while we were doing interview-style recording sessions. They were actually hard coaches. They weren't just trying to collect a retainer. They really wanted to make sure that you learned the skill set and performed at a high level. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Viral Coach could have done differently?

 The only thing I could possibly think of is that, and I realize we're a minority, but for the minority of accounts where we're brand new, we don't know anything at all about the process. It'd be helpful to have milestones or a general outline of what the six-month rollout is going to look like.
