The project produced clear, measurable progress across key areas. Content output increased with a consistent weekly cadence of videos, posts, and short-form clips, which improved visibility and overall platform activity. Engagement grew through higher likes, comments, shares, and saves, showing stronger connection with the audience. Audience size expanded across platforms, increasing reach to families, partners, and prospective franchisees. Brand positioning strengthened as more inbound messages and conversations reflected recognition of NAofA as a leader in youth sports. Lead generation improved with more inquiries from parents, schools, parks and recreation departments, and potential operators. First of all, the onboarding was really efficient. everything was clear with lots of available resources.

We've been working closely with Lamonica and Elijah on the project.

They have shown to be really proactive with everything, quickly available and even chasing us so that they could deliver more value to us.

The competency of the team cannot be questionned, but the attitude and proactiveness really standed out in our interaction with VC.

They helped us create a high quality content studio. That we have been able to use for short form content, long form, vsls, course recordings and really helped showcase our brand in a very professional light.

We have produced a number of piece of content that performed well on all platform, grew our channel and our brand's authority in our market.

We have been able to deploy the skills we have learnt with them on other aspects of video production not directly part of the service but leveled up what we were doing throughout.

The team has been incredibly responsive and proactive, regularly checking in via Slack to see how I was progressing with assigned tasks and whether I needed any additional support. They consistently offered to jump on video calls to provide extra guidance, which was particularly helpful. La Monica, my account manager, has been outstanding - she has been extremely positive and encouraging, especially as I worked through anxiety around filming videos, and provided practical, hands-on support with setting up new equipment such as microphones and monitors to mirror my phone screen. She also offered valuable coaching to help me present content confidently and effectively on camera. Meetings were always on time and efficient, and La Monica was very flexible with scheduling to accommodate our different time zones. Overall, the support has been thoughtful, professional, and genuinely client-focused.

They schedule monthly filming sessions and they direct the podcast style filming so all I have to do is show up and talk. I set up my studio space specific to their guidelines. I send them the footage and their team edits the videos. Schedules the videos to post daily to all of my accounts and tracks the progress of the performance of the accounts.

Their main guarantee is 10 million views in 12 months. They work with you for 6 months and then you continue working with your own team posting regularly to their guidelines and if you don't achieve 10 million views in 12 months they will comeback on for free until you achieve 10 million views. At least this is how it was communicated to me.

The guarantee of a number of views or a money-back offer shows confidence in their brand.

I feel like some of the costs should have been told to me up front. Such as... if you want things to look right, no you can't use just your Iphone, you have to hire a videographer, which is expensive. Also, I was not informed until after the fact that in order to get the most desirable videos, we would have to pay at least $30 per video edit, bc the Viral team only does minimal edits. I feel like these aspects were misleading. We dropped $30k on this project and I do not think that there should be additional costs involved. 

Also, the time committment is WAY above 2-3 hours a month, like the advertising states. This is a part time gig that our team is having to manage. I think a fairer assessment would be 4-5 hours per week, minimum. This is including the ads and everything else.

It's ok, I am grateful for the team's expertise, just a bit unprepared for the time and extra costs involved, and I believe in full transparency up front.

The biggest measurable win was consistency. I went from posting sporadically to posting daily, which is not glamorous but is absolutely the game. Within about five months, that consistency pushed average view counts to 1,000+ views per video per platform — in a niche that’s not exactly known for going viral.

They also helped turn content creation into a real process instead of a constant guessing game. I got set up with the right recording equipment and workflow, connected with an editor who now handles all video editing, and learned how to write short-form scripts that actually work. Over time, that turned into writing better scripts — clearer hooks, less rambling, and faster recording with fewer takes.

The end result wasn’t just more views. It was a sustainable system where content gets created, edited, and published consistently without it taking over my calendar or mental bandwidth.

Project management was strong throughout the engagement. Kelsey was excellent to work with and did a great job keeping things moving, which isn’t easy given my schedule. Deliverables were handled on time, and communication was consistently responsive.

What stood out most was how collaborative the process was. Instead of a rigid “do it this way” approach, the team listened, asked questions, and had real discussions about what made sense for my business. That made it easier to stay engaged and actually execute, rather than feeling managed or boxed in.

Honestly, no major areas for improvement stood out on their end. Any time results weren’t where I wanted them to be, it was usually tied to my own execution or bandwidth, not a lack of support or direction from their team. From a delivery and responsiveness standpoint, they did what they said they would.

Once the first round of videos were recorded, the posting was slow-going, due to a tech issue. The tech issue does not appear to be the fault of Viral Coach, but the person designated to address it was slow to respond. Admittedly, her response overlapped the holiday season, so we expected she would be less availble due to the holidays. But, we would have appreciated a direct communication as to when we should expect our queries to be addressed.  Delay in response, followed by "I was out due to the holidays" was offputting.  That said, it was a minor infraction, and we remain very satisfied with the service.
