We needed a website that was user friendly for both us and our customers.

What were your goals for this project?

An easy to read and use website, containing all necessary information to allow our customers to find information about our business and contact us to make a booking to have their mechanical needs met by our company.

We met Simon at Victory Graphic Design through our local facebook group.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Simon responded to our request for more information and was very helpful. We then proceeded to use his services where he requested all the information about what our company provides to our customers and how we style of website we would like.

Simon went and worked his magic and came back with an amazing template for our website that contained all the information we required. We worked with him to personalize this a bit further and have now gotten an amazing website that we are very happy with. Simon then came and spent some time with us on how to use the website and how to achieve the best results with our website and information we post to the website.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have had great success with our website. Our customers are enjoying that they can easily book using our website. It is something that most of our competitors do not have set up, so is something that sets us apart.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it? 

Simon worked well with us and communicated well. As our website was a relatively small job we did not use any project management tools

Simon was very relaxed and communicated well. He knows what he is doing and understood what we needed and achieved to provide great results.

I am the owner of a beauty business providing facials, makeup and gel nails. I also have an online store which sells the botanically based products which I use. My online store includes health, wellness and nutrition products.
