I'm the Owner / Operator of Brady Pest Control. We provide pest control services in Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex and North Texas.

For what projects/services did your company hire VG Infotec, and what were your goals?

We have hired VG Infotec for multiple projects. Some of our most recent projects include constructing an automated (IVR) system with a dedicated number from the ground up. Our interactive-voice-responder system can currently find and filter existing clients by keyed input of phone number. Clients can call to schedule their accounts 24/7 instantly, requests a callback, leave a voicemail, hear detailed information about our service pricing and treatments or be routed to the next available representative. This project took effort, hardwork and dedication from my end as owner, aswell as the automation/software coding side from VG infotec as well. I am extremely grateful for experience and expertise.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this VG Infotec upon searching for a solid software / automation company. After a few conversations to ensure project details and accuracy.. It seemed we both knew where we wanted this project to go and it was set!

Through API, Twilio, Google-text-to-speech, and our scheduling software we were able to create a custom flow for our IVR system. We had a professional voice-over do multiple audio recordings for us and VG infotec was able to integrate these voice-recordings into the ivr system. Now you are hearing from a beautiful human voice, and not a robot! Bravo!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were between 2-4 people working on my project. However consistent communication was held accountable to only 1 person which was very helpful the whole way.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Great experience for our team working with VGinfotec. Great software developers with great listening skills. Our ivr software is all around useful for routing new/existing customer callers. Great custom automated project results!

Project Management was awesome. Mukesh was super helpful. Very upfront and knowledgeable about his profession. We used whatsapp and video conferences for lines of communication during project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great experience for our team working with VGinfotec. Great software developers. We are impressed by the skill-set and knowledge of software capabilities. Through our projects - we have maintained a great healthy learning business relationship. For this I am grateful. Looking forward to next project soon! Thanks again Mukesh and team!

All sorts of website development work. PHP, Node.JS, React.JS, Javascripts, Jscripts, SQL, DB design and all sorts of technology related development. Also used their help for Android and React.JS apps development and modifications.

Quality was top most criteria. And VG Infotec has lived up to the quality requirement and expectations since beginning.

Scope included end to end development including website UX/UI design, backend and frontend design and implementation, automations and user interactive designs. Scope also included the rest api design for the mobile apps and also Android and React.JS app design. All development and testing included till website and apps launched.

Total theere were about 15 people involved including project manager, UI/UX designers, developers, testers, database designers as well as admin documenters.

Entire website and apps were delivered very well and to our quality expectations.

They used agile project management style with daily updates, weekly reports, progress charts, standup meetings, issue management and thorough risk management etc... Very happy with their project management style.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Focus on quality delivery. Every single person involved in project had one and only one focus throughout their efforts. Quality. Team thrived to deliver quality work. Team is so efficient that they delivered quality the first time on every assignments. Team remained restless when it came to quality and took my feedback critically to convert my feedback into quality delivery of the next sprint / iteration of the delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. VG Infotec is highly professional from end to end. Communications, designs, development, testing, deliveries, project management, documentations etc... the team is the best in entire world. We highly recommend VG Infotec for any web or apps development.
