How did you select Versa?

We interviewed 3 different companies and settled on Versa because of their experience level, references, and value they provide.

We need to replace our existing IT company. End of the day we needed a team to be response and know how to guide us as technology evolves.

What was the team composition?

They do a divide and conquer approach where we get a private team of 3-4 people depending on needs. Basically a main account manager and then the help desk staff.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're over 6 months into our relationship and so far so good. Their help desk team is one it and response times are QUICK!!! No more waiting an hour to get assistance. These guys are very personable and you can tell they know what they are talking about.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seemless. We can get ahold of them via email, phone, and chat if needed. Love the ticket system as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Aside from their tech knowledge, it's hard to find a pleasant IT team like them. Most are socially awkward, but not these guys. Friendly and tech savvy...win, win!
