We handle the project management and they are plugged into our teams working with us side-by-side. They are all developers capable of delivering their responsibilities, but in some cases, it took time for them to assimilate into our dev culture (adequate testing, frequent small commits, etc).

It was their deep bench of talent that sold us. In many cases, they will have CVs for you within a day based on your needs. We've often had contractors starting within 2 weeks of a request from CV to interview to starting work.

They tend to assign position titles based on tenure rather than ability. Senior Software Engineers are at times not senior in knowledge.

The programmers are a fantastic addition to the group. They were promptly integrated and brought up to speed. When we had a developer that wasn't a good fit, they swiftly offered a replacement.

We meet with the management team on a monthly basis to share feedback. Other than that the developers we hired are part of the team and they share the daily tasks and meetings

Our iTechArt team is fantastic. the system is been built to order, and works smoothly. we are now in the last UI/UX phase for the current product after successfully completing alpha and early beta and implementing what we learned.

we are one team. smooth, no hiccups, even when my entire team work from home for months now, in multiple time zones.
