I am Director of Colorful Caterpillar OPC PVT LTD, We are into books business and deals in toys. We sell Books and toys over social media and physical presence.

We started process with identifying the right team who can support our branding and support the social media handler. We identify vendor Vasoo Tech Inc and we started drafting scope of work. Social media pages, Social media post, Social media ads, Creating and Bosting post on social media, andCreating online presence for company. We were delivered what was expected.

The Social media presence of successful, We were able to sell more products than traditional marketing

We hired Vasoo Tech to build our company website, Company logo and mobile App.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and found this company is suitable for our requirement. Time commitment and details discussion about how they are going to build our website made us to take this decision to work with them.

In the first meeting we described our scope how we want to see our website and logo. Then they came up with some ideas which we liked and then we discussed about the mobile App which we wanted to develop so that our potential clients put enquiries easily and we can address the RFQ quickly.

The company owner himself was present through out the discussion and team of 2 web developers were involved in the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Once our website was live, we were able to reach our clients faster and our clients was able to see our full range of services even without any meetings. So they were enquiring about our services. Our leads scaled up significantly in the first quarter after the website launch.

We use to discuss once in a week over zoom call. They use to present what was the work status and if we wanted any changes, that was taken care within 2-3 days time frome. So turn around time was pretty quick.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Timely response, quality of work at reasonable cost and ready for future work if any on urgent basis was they factors we liked about this company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were too quick to address so we were not taking decisions to match up to their speed.
