We’re a social media platform exclusively for college students to share their hobbies and influence followers. It also connects with retailers as an affiliate marketing partner.

We needed to develop the website as well as IOS and Android mobile applications.

We wanted the platform and the apps to be developed successfully.

They designed, developed and launched the project from scratch. We discussed and finalized the scope of the project together. The project manager provided a lot of practical suggestions from the business perspective.

What was the team composition?

I worked with a website manager, an app development manager, and a project director. Each manager had two developers dedicated to working on our project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Initial feedback is that the website and app are user friendly. Users find it easy to follow and use.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The director oversaw the whole project in order to ensure that everything stayed on track. The development team always communicated in an effective and timely manner. The project was delivered as we expected.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team was great. They gave a lot of practical suggestions on the scope and features that helped move the project from idea to final product.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

No. We had a very good experience with the team.

We offer system integration and IT infrastructure solutions. We're an authorized reseller for brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Acer. I manage sales and operations.

Since most organizations cannot effectively track the history of their IT assets, it takes a few days to restore functionality after a breakdown. Digging up warranty details, finding experts in the vicinity, and locating genuine spares is a challenge. We built web and mobile platforms to address those challenges.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted reduce our turnaround time and improve customer service by helping technicians resolve customer issues.

We found V2Apps on a freelance portal, and chose them because of their portfolio and pricing.

V2Apps developed mobile and web applications that record IT assets and handle IT support calls. Once a call is placed, it automatically routes to our nearby available technicians. Our product has been live for three months. We're currently building the second version.

What was the team composition?

I worked with business analysts and software engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The apps worked fine and met our expectations. We've recorded over 10,000 IT assets and onboarded over 40 customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were satisfied with their project management. Aside from weekly meetings, they provided timely updates and notified us about delays. We adjusted our timelines based on their communication.

I was impressed by their project management and UI/UX design skill.
