Arbanacle assisted us in identifying key areas to focus on this was after a proper 360⁰ review of our business and the content available. This gave us focus and guided our staretgy thriught tye entire project. We thereafter embarked ok content creation and alignment.

Our Facebook and LinkedIn followers gre enormously from a party 4000 followers to 25437 ok Facebook and 12782 on LinkedIn.

We developed very elaborate workplans and schedules that were guided by key KPIs as per project; we also performed continuously monitoring and evaluation

We are impressed with their proficiency, expertise, attention to detail, and timely postings and follow-ups. No query went unanswered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To expand their team so accommodate video development.

First we went through a discovery phase to share our branding materials and went over our goal for the campaign

We can say that the campaigns have been very successful,we managed to get two customers in our first two weeks, whichb was the highest we'd ever had.

We have in-parson meetings once a month to go over our campaigns performance and we use whatsup and email to communicate,whenever we have a question a bout something they are very responsive to our needs.

The fact that we were able to get a pontential buyer on our first week makes them unique to us.

To us all their marketing efforts were more than effective.
