OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire UpUp to accomplish?

• One of our long-time FinTech clients approached us with a request to redesign and relaunch their corporate website. However, due to internal time and resource constraints, we weren’t able to take on the full scope ourselves. To avoid losing a valuable client and opportunity, we partnered with this team and handed the project over to them.
• The goal was to deliver a modern, SEO-optimized WordPress website with custom integrations and flexible content architecture. In the end, they not only handled the technical delivery with precision but also helped us maintain trust and continuity with one of our key accounts.

The team built a custom WordPress website for our FinTech company, using ACF PRO for content flexibility and delivering a fully modular architecture for ongoing scalability.
Key deliverables included multilingual support, integration with HubSpot, Auth0, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as performance-optimized responsive layouts. In addition, they implemented a lightweight AI content recommendation engine, which suggests related insights and case studies to users based on page context and behavior — significantly improving engagement and dwell time.
They also enabled internal AI tools for our marketing team to auto-generate content drafts for landing pages, streamlining our content production process. The platform follows technical SEO standards, accessibility guidelines, and includes schema markup for enhanced indexing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Post-launch, demo requests increased by 35%, and bounce rates dropped thanks to better content flow and smart recommendations. Our marketing team reduced landing page production time by over 50% thanks to internal AI automation tools. The platform also helped consolidate our lead-gen systems into one workflow.
