Overall, work was delivered on time and on budget. Due to the complexity of the app, some features had to be cut or rethought to fit our budget. Every decision that was made throughout the process, was made with the end user in mind.

After working with uptech, I realized that they work and think like a startup. The team members are very passionate about the project as if it was their own. All team members were very accommodating to our needs and were very responsive in communication. Above all, their final product exceeded our expectation in terms of quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Uptech could have done differently?

There was a period of time where a developer that was on the project slowed down the development time for some features. That was then rectified by Uptech with replacing them with a great developer. Other than that, everything else went smooth.
