We engaged this developer to complete a comprehensive development project spanning three main areas. First, they took over and successfully completed unfinished work from a previous development team, which required them to understand existing code built with React Native and Django, identify gaps, and bring those elements to completion.  Second, they built out several new features using React Native for the mobile frontend and Django for the backend, significantly enhancing our core product's functionality and user experience. Finally, they developed a custom web application in React specifically designed to support our marketing efforts and help us better reach our target audience. We’ve had specific milestones that were decided to show the progress of the project. We’ve done use case testing for these milestones to measure their success. The milestones have been UI/UX development, backend API development, frontend API connections, beta testing, and going live. The complete functional details, where all the social networking capabilities, forms, admin panel, reporting system, analytics, and dashboard, have been developed, including the social media feed algorithm.

UpCodo Digital’s project management has been good and professional. The project has been slightly delayed, but that’s due to an additional requirement that came in. Overall, the project has been on time. We’ve communicated in person, virtually, and through email and messaging apps.

UpCodo Digital’s professionalism and upfront communication on progress and issues have been impressive. The team was very transparent and open to suggestions while also providing their own suggestions. They’ve built a relationship based on trust.

Overall, I’m happy with their work. In the initial stage, they could have managed the transition of requirement details from non-technical resources to their technical resources in a better way. However, they resolved it fast, and the project was on track as envisaged.
