Personal information is collected only for legitimate business purposes, stored securely, never sold or shared with third parties for marketing, and retained only for as long as necessary. Clients have the right to access, correct or request removal of their data at any time. For client projects, we handle sensitive access credentials — hosting, domains, CMS, marketing platforms — responsibly and only to the extent needed to deliver the work. We don't work in regulated industries such as healthcare in the US, so HIPAA compliance isn't currently applicable to our work. However, we're experienced working with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients in the UK and understand the sensitivity around data and communications in those sectors.
