Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of a dental staffing company based in New York.

What challenge were you trying to address with Unicode Solutions Techno?

We wanted to establish an online presence, so we hired them to create a website that accurately introduced the services that we offer in a professional manner. Apart from this, we also needed an efficient CRM system to help increase revenue and essentially grow our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After explaining to them what we needed, they quickly proceeded with the development and design of our website. They handled both the front- and backend work and integrated the CRM system into our website. They developed using HTML, Java, and WordPress. They also did some of the codings and made sure to include our feedback accordingly.

Currently, they provide maintenance efforts, making sure our site is functioning efficiently and always up to date.

Since implementing the CRM, we’ve scaled our business by 200% within a year. Our team also grew from having just one employee to three. As for the website, we’ve received 132 positive customer reviews, which continues to help drive more people to our site.

They always send me updates at each phase of the project and ask for my inputs on every deliverable. They use AnyDesk to keep track of tasks, and we communicate mainly through email and WhatsApp.
