Are there any areas for improvement or something Ultrahaus could have done differently?

Overall, the experience with Ultrahaus was highly positive. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be enhancing documentation along the way—especially as the project scaled. While communication was clear and responsive, having more structured handoffs and centralized documentation could make it even easier for new team members or stakeholders to jump in.

That said, any gaps were quickly addressed when flagged, which speaks to their adaptability and commitment to delivering a great outcome.
