I am the founder of a new DevOps consulting business.

We retained UIUX Studio for creating our brand from scratch - building out the logo, brandbook and initial blog design.

We retained their services though Upwork. Selection was based on previous designs provided and initial interview chat.

1. Website Design: (Responsive design, for mobile, desktop and tablet)
2. Brand assets to support social media - including logo and brandbook.
3. Designs for our blog - a Ghost CMS based website (https://ghost.org/) to be used to acquire customers for our business via publishing of blogs and content relevant to the market.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo and brandwork have driven value for our business, moving us forward from the ideation stage into development. Thanks to UIUX Studio, we have what we need to build our brand on web and social.

We used Upwork to communicate via chat, and Asana for task tracking. He updated his task status as it became relevant and communication was very good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a really high level of English, and were extremely responsive throughout our engagement. I loved the aesthetic they created for my company. All in all, very good value for the money and I very much appreciated that they came through on time for all deadlines and was always willing to fix or change anything with no hassle.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not a thing. Totally happy with their service.

IoT as a service company based in Stockholm where I serve as the CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire UIUX Studio?

We needed to quickly prototype three concepts showing our customers how our solution could fit them. The concepts included product design, user scenario and app screen mockups.

What were your goals for this project?

To get material that shows our customers we've given the development a good thought and give them trust in us as a business partner.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We used one of the big talent finding platforms and selected Uiux based on their portfolio, quick response and excellent communication + initial understanding of what we were looking for.

Describe the project in detail.

Three concepts were developed including product design, app screens and user scenario. This was made for a golf putting concept, a trampoline concept and a health oriented workplace concept.

The project was led by Harminder Singh.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've received deliveries within two days after each request with few revisions needed. this has allowed us to get back to our customers faster than they've been expecting with material we can be proud of.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Harminder has excellent communication skills and usually responds within minutes no mater the time of the day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of the deliveries in relation to the time spent on the work stood out to us. Perfect for rapid prototyping.
