Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Precipio App: Designed an app which our physician customers and their office staff could log into to view patient reports and report statuses; schedule pickups; order supplies; request support. 
• Precipio Website: Create online shop for customers to order supplies and inventory. 
• Precipio Lab Information System: Create a web-based laboratory information system which entails all processes of accepting a patient's lab sample from accessioning to reporting results back to the ordering physician customer. 
• (accessioning patient samples into the lab system, printing case labels; uploading documents and images; data entry workflow for patient, physician, test demographics; technical workflow with worklists, worksheets, canned templates, test statuses; user notifications; result reporting with automated report delivery functions; user account creation; customer login for report viewing; search engine for query building and saved queries; system uni-directional and bi-directional interfaces). 
• AI Technology: Populate the data entry forms using AI tech to read PDF documents and pull the required information.

• Consistency of meetings to stay on task and review questions and open items. 
• Set milestones and deadlines met consistently or communicated timely with any issues to adjust accordingly. 
• Response time to users for support needs are within agreed time and consistent.

Excellent project management with consistent weekly meetings set to cover open items; excellent use of project tools to monitor and manage open issues/projects. Excellent communication and support coverage to handle user issues, update on milestones and deadlines. Consistently meet milestones and deadlines, and good at communicating any issues that arise to plan ahead as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're very impressed with the team culture and their commitment to supporting the user's needs. They are great listeners and strive to develop an outstanding product. They bring their expertise to the table and make suggestions to improve on the product or workflow. They use various design and project management tools to effectively support the project efforts between their team and customer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something uExel could have done differently?

The communication with the team is great and both sides learning each other's processes is worked out smoothly.
