I used Udio Edge for numerous events and campaigns over the years. Deliverables include designing several websites, event invitations, event materials, gobo designs, billboards- digital and print, sponsorship packages, etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully developed and deployed a cohesive campaign across multiple print and digital platforms, providing Echelon Enterprises with the materials needed to promote the event, communicate with sponsors/attendees, and maintain a consistent visual identity throughout the annual Drive 2 Thrive event series, football camps, arts campaigns and more. Developed a national campaign with NFL player and grocery chain to raise awareness of Sickle Cell.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We grew our business from 300 sq. ft. to 6,500 sq. ft. over 15 years and went from one owner to 23 employees. We also saw a 25% quarterly increase in website traffic, which led to a noticeable rise in new customer bookings and sales. Our spa thrived solely on the website, SEO, and marketing.

They consistently delivered projects on time and exceeded our expectations. We had countless initiatives and trusted new technology solutions exclusively in the hands of UDIO Edge because of their expertise and reliability. Their forward-thinking approach positioned us far ahead technologically; when COVID-19 impacted our operations and we were forced to close, our online store and gratuity platform remained fully operational, allowing us to continue serving our customers. Communication was seamless throughout our partnership. We stayed connected through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, email, and messaging platforms, ensuring every project stayed on track and aligned with our goals.

We were impressed by their depth of knowledge, creativity, and ability to transform our ideas into effective solutions. They took the time to understand our vision and consistently brought those ideas to life with thoughtful execution. We were also impressed by their ability to seamlessly integrate with our other companies and systems, making the entire process smooth, efficient, and collaborative.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they could have done better. Our experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. The only disappointment was that we did not have UDIO Edge as our developer when we opened our school. Their expertise, reliability, and ability to bring our vision to life made them a trusted partner, and we would have valued having that same level of support during our school’s launch.
