We designed the website and then needed them to code it. - figuring out the strata API - Conecting Strava API to pull data between a specific time slot - creating weekly reoccurring events that pulled and held that data - creating a milestone tracker

I am not sure. We did the whole thing via chat. But whoever I was talking to each time was great

The team at Ucodice Technologies have been great. Very quick to fix any issues, made the website how we needed into be, communication was excellent. Whenever we have an issue they are straight on to fixing it.

communication was great. No language barrier, and even though there was a time difference we still managed to get everything done in a timely manner

No challenge was too hard. even if they didn't know what we were taking about they figured it out and made it work

nope. At this stage we are very happy and will be using them again in the future to upgrade our site when the time comes

We searched online for a while. Eventually we started searching on Clutch and came across Ucodice which seemed like the most professional for their price range.

We initially discussed the functionality of the app and the content management backend. We then proceeded to create designs. Next was programming the backend and last was the app itself.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had 3,000 downloads within 3 weeks. Many people were highly impressed and said it was the best designed Jewish app they've seen.

We were in contact with Ram. He manages his team. Contact through email proved to be the best form of contact. Ram is very patient and calm. He keeps his cool even during high pressure situations. Generally our input was effectively implemented. There were a few rare times that we had to follow up on or clarify our input.

Ram is very clever and finds smart solutions to problems. He is a pleasure to work with. Ram manages his team with professionalism. They are very flexible. During the days before the app launched, the team stayed at work until midnight to have the app ready in time.

We could have allowed for more creative suggestions. However, we’re very set on the ways we wanted to develop this project.

We needed a website built with custom software that would enable users to log in, post and apply for projects, chat and share files, produce invoices and pay securely with a digital wallet. Our business needed to track projects and transactions and freelancers and project owners needed the same. On top of that, we needed the solution to enable us to meet PCI compliance standards.

The solution had to be responsive, enable privileged access, be easy for consultants and project owners to use and be easy to manage for us. We needed custom integration with several systems, including a payments platform. The system also had to include a digital wallet. Due to the complexity of the work, we needed a development team that could communicate directly with other software development teams to reduce risk during integration.

We work with different developers based on project requirements. They have been flexible in adding more resources when we've had a high volume of work. We currently work primarily with a project manager/development lead, a developer, and a tester.

Ucodice Technologies Private Limited has been instrumental in developing integrations that automate many processes in our business and streamline our operations. Their solutions reduce our labor costs and increase our efficiency. They’ve been great at sharing ideas with us and suggesting improvements to help add value to our business.

We’ve been impressed with their communication. We have a weekly face-to-face meeting using Google Hangouts with the developer and project manager. Other communication is via Skype for instant chat, Asana for task lists and software workflows, and email for administrative matters such as invoices. We've also shared a number of files on Google Drive.

We love that their developers pick up concepts quickly and that they're great at suggesting solutions when we run into problems. They're also highly accountable and responsive to our requirements.
