Our interaction took place in 2 stages:
UX audit: We have granted access to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Hotjar to the Turum-burum team. Turum-burum UX specialists and data analysts tracked user behavior, collected and analyzed all the necessary metrics, and prepared a report with insights and recommendations for improving our interface.
WEB DESIGN: After the UX audit was ready, we decided to continue working with the UX/UI team and create new UX/UI solutions to fix all the bugs. As a result of the second stage of work, all the necessary pages of the site were drawn.

The Turum-burum team started with close communication with our team, a briefing, and organizing strategic sessions with our managers, they visited several of our stores. Then we moved on to the stage of creating page prototypes. After the approval of the prototypes, we presented the design of the site's key pages, where we thought through all the micro-interactions and animations, implemented a system of related sales, and created automatic registration of a new user at checkout. After redesigning the site, we continued to cooperate on an ongoing basis. The guys help us optimize the interface for new tasks, experiment, and improve the efficiency of interaction with users online

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
When we compared analytics data from one month before the launch of the new site to the period after: the number of users who added the product to the cart increased by 41%; the number of users who went to checkout increased by 31%; the conversion rate increased by 41.94%. In addition to the result expressed in numbers, the agency managed to solve all three of our key tasks and helped to consolidate an omnichannel approach in business, in which the client receives the same high-quality service both in the chain stores and online

During the first couple of meetings, we identified the portraits of our customers, and the team designed solutions for the critical pain points.
