Analyze the entire process of signing up for our app, from the landing page, through registration, the first interaction with our app, to the first use of the app. Analyze data from analytics and Hotjar. The goal was to identify all sources of friction and create a solution to reduce it.

After the analysis, we were provided with an Excel sheet with over 50 sources of friction. Each line in the table describes a problem along with potential solutions. They identified all issues with our app using data, numbers or heat maps to minimize subjectivity. Very helpful were the attached screenshots from other apps and competitors, illustrating how they manage to design the feature.

Turum-burum thoroughly approached the work. They came to Kyiv to visit our office and stores and acted as buyers to understand the features of the process of selecting and buying our goods. The guys worked out the style and design of all pages of the website, broadcasting the values of our brand through the screen. We worked out various product cards for different categories of goods in order to provide them more profitably and make it easier for the user to purchase. 

In general, we worked both with the functionality and with the general visual. In addition to creating a UX/UI site, they also created a front-end to implement everything in the interface as seamlessly as possible.

Turum-burum UX specialists and data analysts tracked user behavior, collected and analyzed all the necessary metrics, and prepared a report with insights and recommendations for improving our interface.
2. WEB DESIGN: After the UX audit was ready, we decided to continue working with the UX/UI team and create new UX/UI solutions to fix all the bugs. As a result of the second stage of work, all the necessary pages of the site were drawn.

The Turum-burum team started with close communication with our team, a briefing, and organizing strategic sessions with our managers, they visited several of our stores. Then we moved on to the stage of creating page prototypes. After the approval of the prototypes, we presented the design of the site's key pages, where we thought through all the micro-interactions and animations, implemented a system of related sales, and created automatic registration of a new user at checkout. After redesigning the site, we continued to cooperate on an ongoing basis. The guys help us optimize the interface for new tasks, experiment, and improve the efficiency of interaction with users online

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• When we compared analytics data from one month before the launch of the new site to the period after: the number of users who added the product to the cart increased by 41%; the number of users who went to checkout increased by 31%; the conversion rate increased by 41.94%. In addition to the result expressed in numbers, the agency managed to solve all three of our key tasks and helped to consolidate an omnichannel approach in business, in which the client receives the same high-quality service both in the chain stores and online
