Every engagement is led directly by founder Geoffrey Pope, an IT executive with more than 25 years of experience leading modernization, cloud migration, and security programs. He has held senior roles inside the industries we serve: food & beverage, EdTech and publishing, and medical devices. Today he serves as fractional CIO for New England's largest Panera Bread franchisee, supporting 63 locations across three states.
We help clients build IT roadmaps, strengthen cybersecurity, manage vendors and budgets, and prepare for compliance requirements including SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and Massachusetts data security regulations. We also offer telecom cost optimization.
As a boutique firm, we prioritize relationships over volume and outcomes over billable hours.
